If you have a tight schedule but want to experience a lot, I highly recommend this tour. I visited during the off-season, and personal travel was difficult due to weather issues, so it was great to be able to travel comfortably. Alex and Brian safely conducted the tour via motorbike and shared historical facts, making it a more meaningful experience than traveling alone. It suddenly rained heavily, and our clothes and bodies got very wet, but the guides did their best to help us resolve the situation, which was wonderful. The sudden rain caused some changes to our itinerary, and the route shifted slightly, but they frequently asked for our input throughout, allowing us to visit places we hadn't been able to see before the tour without missing out or having regrets. They seemed very concerned that we might not have fully enjoyed ourselves, but please don't worry, we truly had a great time! If I return to Hanoi, I'd love to meet them again. I couldn't fully express my gratitude because I'm not very good at English! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much to Mr Son for being so adept in the whole duration of the tour. He is very organized and friendly and make sure that the tourists were comfy throughout the trip. I really love immersing myself in the culture of the city I visit in and this tour is perfect if you have the same in mind. The guides here are very kind. They actively take you around. And the food is good. We've been eating mostly the same menu, but it seems like this food set is for welcoming guests in this area. I came with my friends and we are very satisfied. My friends don't like to play noisy games, so we stayed quiet, but there is a system in the tour and at the accommodation where you can play, so people who like to play will like it even more haha. Anyway, I had a great time.

Today was an outstanding day thanks to my lovely guide, Tamm. I tried some nice Vietnamese coffee, got to witness the epic Hanoi Train street, while sipping a mango smoothie. Then, we ventured to Hoa Lo prison and this place is a must because, you can see the fascinating history that Vietnam possesses. It’s here that you get to appreciate Vietnam even more. This experience was memorable thanks to the knowledge and passion of Tamm. I highly recommend everyone to engage in this tour, when your in Hanoi.

The Hanoi city tour was great, especially with our guide, Hue. Hue is very knowledgeable about Hanoi City and Vietnamese culture, and gave us a great tour. Her command over English is good. She is a great person, and I would like to have her as a guide again. The lunch had a set menu and the portion sizes were too little. It also didn’t include any beverage. This is one thing that could have been improved.
