Was able to experience their culture as to how to making insence and hats in a traditional way. An eye opener for me how important it is to preserve our culture. The tour guide is really nice and accommodating. Her purpose in promoting the local tradition/culture is really commendable.

If you have a tight schedule but want to experience a lot, I highly recommend this tour. I visited during the off-season, and personal travel was difficult due to weather issues, so it was great to be able to travel comfortably. Alex and Brian safely conducted the tour via motorbike and shared historical facts, making it a more meaningful experience than traveling alone. It suddenly rained heavily, and our clothes and bodies got very wet, but the guides did their best to help us resolve the situation, which was wonderful. The sudden rain caused some changes to our itinerary, and the route shifted slightly, but they frequently asked for our input throughout, allowing us to visit places we hadn't been able to see before the tour without missing out or having regrets. They seemed very concerned that we might not have fully enjoyed ourselves, but please don't worry, we truly had a great time! If I return to Hanoi, I'd love to meet them again. I couldn't fully express my gratitude because I'm not very good at English! Thank you so much!

Sabrina was an excellent guide! We enjoyed trying the local food at some hidden gems. Good way to experience several things on our list in one tour.

I was running late due to early morning traffic and she was very understanding too. Also got to go see a famer and his farm and meet the animals and see how they live. Booking with Klook was convenient because I didn't have to negotiate myself. I could also specify the drop-off location in advance. It had been a while since I rode a cyclo, and I enjoyed seeing Hanoi at dusk from a different perspective. You can take in the sights at a leisurely pace, unlike on a motorbike or in a car. However, there's a lot of exhaust fumes, so a mask might be essential.

I had a wonderful time with Trang, our tour guide. This tour was very worth it given the experiences you get — it is food, culture, scenery all-in-one. I was not able to capture all the scenes but it felt like we were able to see all of Hanoi. Being on a jeep made it more fun. Trang is very helpful and took lovely photos. I highly recommend this tour :)

This tour was such a great experience! we had Mike as our guide and he was such a genuine and kind person who truly loves what he does. It was a great way to get around to some of the main landmarks eothout having to get a grab everywhere but also a nice break to 'Banana Island' in lush greenery once you get there. (Ignore the rubbish along the way, as this is a slum area and no policing this. Mike explains this very well. So be mindful.)
