We had a great time in our private tour with our driver 维钢. His van was comfy and clean. The rate we paid was higher compared to other operators but it was a last minute booking and glad there was still available van and driver to cater us. Thank you. Keep up the great service.

The instructor accommodated the ski resort's rescheduling due to strong winds, and also helped with renting equipment, switching from snowboarding to skiing. Despite it raining all day, I still learned advanced techniques. The next day, with the help of AI analysis, I practiced alone on the green slope, then moved to the red slope. Although my technique was still rough, I managed not to fall, which was a great sense of accomplishment.

The ride was comfortable and smooth. The driver was friendly and professional. It was a simple, no-frills trip, but perfect for a day trip to Niseko.

The instructors were so good and really patient. I used to feel like snowboarding just wasn’t for me and was ready to give up, but He made everything easy to understand and didn’t put any pressure on me at all. He kept encouraging me and helped me build confidence step by step. After just 3 hours, I was already thinking ‘okay, I actually want to get good at this!‘

Equipment: The equipment was good, and the staff provided excellent service. There were two employees assisting with shoes and clothing, and another two handling snowboards and skis.
