What to expect
We are providing a wide range of standard skis to rent for both of the beginner and experienced skier. You can enjoy the wonderful powder snow in Hokkaido without travelling with your own ski equipment. If you’re staying at a hotel in the Hirafu or Annupuri areas, door-to-door service is also available.

【Delivery Area】
We offer delivery to hotels in the Hirafu and Annupuri areas.
※Please note that delivery is not available to the Garden area or Village area (including Green Leaf, Niseko Hilton, and Sky Niseko). Customers at these locations will need to pick up their equipment directly from the store. Alternatively, after arriving at the Welcome Center, you can call the facility, and staff will deliver the equipment to the Welcome Center within approximately 20 minutes.
【Delivery method】
After arriving at your hotel, For delivery time, please call the corresponding store one day before the rental date. The store will then deliver the ski equipment.

【Return method】

The equipment quality was very high, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The address was also very accurate and close to the ski resort. However, the carving snowboard turned out to be a twin-tip ski, and due to a translation error, I booked the wrong item. I originally wanted a single snowboard.

Terrible communication! I was never informed about the delivery arrangement and I couldn't call through their phone during their operating hours. Turned out I had to contact Klook to help me track down the merchant but they couldn't reach them either. So I requested a refund yet they ignored me. Until two hours later I was told the equipments were finally delivered at my hotel. How could one expect a customer to be waiting indefinitely especially during a ski trip when time is pressing and your travelling companions are also affected?? I also later found out that there was another travel agency between Klook and the merchant which also made it so much harder to have an effective communication between so many parties. Terrible and unreasonable experience! Not recommended!!
They say shipping is included, but they charge shipping separately, and they pay 500 yen for each deposit separately. I continued to say that the shipping fee was included, but they pretended not to understand English, so even if I turned on the translator and showed it to them, they cheated me by pretending to not understand... I do not recommend this product.
