We’ve had a nice day trip with everything catered by tour guide Mandy and the driver. We were lucky enough to able to see most of the Mount Fuji. The trip was comfortable and easy. Definitely recommend it to all who didn’t want to deal with the transportation but do want to come visit the beautiful Mount Fuji and also its nearby places.

I booked this Hakone trip through Klook. Our guide, Won-yang, was so much fun and incredibly passionate! I was so impressed that they spoke three languages (Korean, Japanese, and Chinese) and provided non-stop guidance. We even received a farewell gift, so I finished the trip with only wonderful memories.^^

Our guide, Evon, provided excellent service and detailed explanations for the itinerary, which greatly enhanced our day trip. We highly recommend all the stops: the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, the Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani, Hakone Shrine, and Enoshima Island!

Our tour guide, Yuan Yang, was very enthusiastic! He was incredibly patient and spoke multiple languages. He's a fantastic guide, and we'd definitely come back again. It would be even better if we could request him specifically next time.
