Erik was a great guide! He gave us so much information throughout the tour and gave great recommendations for food, shopping, etc. Even though Mt. Fuji stayed hidden behind the clouds, it was a great day . 10/10 would recommend. Erik is great, Erik is cool, and, Erik is sexy.

This is my 2nd time to book a Mt. Fuji Tour through Klook and is also the best by far. We were able to see Mt. Fuji from morning until late afternoon on our day of visit, which was believed to be a sign of impressive luck. Our guide, Will Yu, is very articulate in walking us through the history and interesting facts about the places included in the package. This really helped us learn more things about Japan’s historical spots and exceptional culture. His modern storytelling made us appreciate the trip better. He is a very dynamic companion and guide. We are very much impressed, and are looking forward to more tour packages that feature the best of Japan.

our tour guide was early and he was very friendly. although our day tour was packed we appreciated that we saw everything. the best part was the cruise and i advice that you guys bring snacks bec there wont be time to eat a meal 😆

The Open-Air Museum is a very interesting museum with a variety of artworks to appreciate. As it's open-air, it'll be best to bring an umbrella for both rain and sun. Definitely allocate as least 2-3 hours when you visit this. It's a great attraction for kids as well as adults.

You don't need to exchange your ticket upon arrival; you can go directly to the boarding line. Just show your e-ticket on your phone to the staff, and you can board immediately. Only those wishing to purchase a special room need to queue to buy it first. We were very lucky with the weather that day; Mount Fuji was clearly visible, and the photos turned out beautifully, like a painting.

Buying tickets online through Klook saved a lot of time waiting in line. The entire ropeway journey, which takes 30 minutes, passes through the following stations: Togendai Station, Ubako Station, Owakudani Station, and Sounzan Station. With your ticket (QR code), you can stop at each station. It's a single ticket for the whole ride, and each gondola can hold about 15-18 people. Unfortunately, on the return trip, it was crowded, so we had to sit individually, waiting about 1-2 minutes. The gondola offers scenic views from all sides and is very stable, without any uncomfortable swaying. The only minor drawback was that some of the gondola windows were a bit dirty.
Price: Affordable, with discounts up to 60% off. It would be a shame not to buy and ride!

Service: Initially, I was impatient with the long queue, but the staff's smiles and patient guidance made me feel much more relaxed. Sometimes, due to network issues, it was difficult to scan the QR code, but the staff would kindly ask us to wait a moment and still graciously allow us to use the facilities. It was a very hot day, and I truly admire how these staff members maintained excellent service for everyone.

Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!

The whole experience from meeting Will at Tokyo Station to the time we said our goodbyes nearly 10 hrs later, was an absolute delight.
It was such good value for money and Will at JRT (Japan Relax Tour) took very good care of us.
We chose to have the all inclusive Mt Fuji/Hakone experience which included the bus roundtrip (very comfortable big tour bus), pirate ship cruise ticket across Lake Ashi, and cable car ride up to the top of Owakudani. Well worth being able to have everything taken care of before you depart otherwise you have to figure out how to meet the tour group at the next point. Not easy when transportation options are not great in the mountains.
We had no worries because Will was there making sure everything ran smoothly and while it was a very rainy and cloudy day and Mt Fuji was in hiding, I am not disappointed at all. Would highly recommend Will and the JRT team to take you on the tour!!
