The staff were kind and the hot springs were wonderful. The ryokan atmosphere was great, and the pick-up service was very convenient. They can also help make restaurant reservations, so feel free to ask upon check-in. The breakfast was neat and delicious.

100/10. such a wonderful atmosphere, stay and memories! The food was more than filling, delicious and accomidating. I was heading out early and the staff prepared me a bento in lieu of a full breakfast service; the flavor was amazing. I’m really going to miss this place and how convenient it was to get to.

The location is convenient, as it is quite close to Arima town. However, do note that there is a slope leading up to the hotel if you are walking from the town, which may be a bit challenging for some.
For breakfast, the variety was somewhat limited. On the other hand, dinner was delicious, and the portion size was just right for me. We especially enjoyed the indoor hot spring facilities, both Kinsen and Ginsen, which were a highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, due to the rain, we didn’t have the opportunity to try the outdoor hot spring. That said, we would definitely consider staying at this resort again on a future visit.
The only downside was that the room felt a bit small for our needs.

Truly Japanese style accommodation with great service. The hotel has its own onsen, so guests don't have to go outside. The breakfast with Yuba is great, recommded to try!
