We contacted them via WhatsApp beforehand, and they picked us up at our hotel. Since there was a mall nearby, they dropped us off there on the way back, and we enjoyed some food and shopping before taking a taxi home. I found the location to be very convenient. As this was my first massage, I can't technically compare it to other places, but it felt wonderful, and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. massage was great. there was a problem when I got there and had to wait an extra 30 min but I spent it getting sushi in the attahh ch ed restaurant which was good

LOVE LOVE LOOOOVED THIS CLASS! It was so good. Just book it! The store is so pretty and clean and boujee. The Teacher Ajene was amazing. She was so professional and helpful. I literally sniffed every bottle I think hahaha. She was great.

Our photographer, Erico, was the best!! He was extremely flexible with scheduling time and location. He also knew the best time and spots for taking photos. This was incredibly helpful because it was our first time at the Mulia Resort. sushi was great and service was very helpful and attentive. had 3 dishes, all were great but salmon inari was probably best

Second time doing the spa here (first time booking via the hotel) and felt totally relaxed after the treatment. The only difference between booking via klook and direct is the atmosphere/ambiance of the treatment. We were brought to a hotel room (converted to a spa room) so feels less private. Therapists are skillful and experienced. Will come here again.
