Transportation: A bit far from the bus stop/train station. It's about a 30-minute walk. However, there's an amazing view of Mt. Fuji and a shuttle service upon departure.

absolutely loved the camping. basecamp folks are so friendly and their hospitality is top notch. we did campfire 2 times and kids loved it. cosy onsen and few activities

Stayed here to rest in the middle of a 10-day trip to Japan and I am glad I made the right choice booking here. I was surprised the futon was actually comfortable

This hotel is absolute luxury with professional, polite and helpful staff. The dinner and breakfast was outstanding. the room was excellent. it was a relaxing, peaceful break. we walked round the beautiful gardens and also hired a bike to take a ride round the lake.

The room offers an unobstructed and stunning view of Mount Fuji, making it a great choice. Parking is ample and free. However, the onsen only has one large pool, and the water is very hot. The breakfast selection is limited, but the location is excellent, allowing you to dine with a view of Mount Fuji.

It was my first time setting off fireworks at a hotel! Wearing the hotel's yukata and setting them off right outside the hotel entrance was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the onsen only had one indoor pool, and the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but it was the first time I saw robata yaki being offered. If you're staying here, you'll need to rent a car to park at the hotel, but there are plenty of parking spaces.

Booked a room for four people. When I unpacked the room, I found it was a room for two people. I immediately told the hotel staff. Fortunately, I was immediately changed back to a room for four people. The room is very large and has a balcony. You can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. The hot spring is also comfortable. It's a pity that there is no breakfast. There is only a convenience store nearby where you can buy food. It is recommended to buy food before checking in.
