The operator contacted us a day before, and the process was very organized. The only problem was that we did not realize the driver could only speak in Mandarin. I did not notice that when I was booking the tour, so that is something to be aware of. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, giving us enough time at each stop, and the night view was truly stunning. The transfer was comfortable and perfectly on schedule. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kobe Walking Tour Had the pleasure of Wing Ki as my guide on my 1st Kobe Tour. Wing Ki was warm and friendly, which make me feel very comfortable in her company. She speaks well and is full of details of our tour itinerary. I learn alot from her and appreciate Kobe so much more. The day was long and tiring but Wing Ki's sharing makes it worth my time. We had the best experience on my one-day tour of Kobe. From the pick-up to the drop-off, everything was smooth and stress-free. Our driver and guide, NickLee, was amazing. He was so helpful, showed us exactly where to go, and guided us through the city with ease. NickLee pointed out different buildings, shared stories, took us through the mountains, and taught us so much about Kobe’s history and culture. Thank you for making our Kobe tour so amazing — from showing us around with so much knowledge and enthusiasm, to sharing stories and pointing out all the cool buildings and mountain views. This is a very good tour for you to know more about the places of interests in Kobe. The tour guide Tin is very helpful, gentle, soft spoken and friendly. His command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is extremely good.

Our guide, Nick Lee, was punctual and even arrived early. The pick-up and drop-off locations were very clear, and the vehicle was clean and spacious. My family said they felt comfortable and had plenty of legroom. Along the way, he introduced nearby attractions and explained the history of Kobe, as well as information about the Osaka Expo site in Yumeshima. Since we're from Hong Kong, we mainly communicated in Mandarin. Nick spoke some Cantonese and English, which made us feel more engaged. He was also considerate, asking if we had eaten. Because it was cold on the mountain, he thoughtfully drove the car to a spot just a step away from the entrance and turned on the heater while waiting for us to come down. We happened to encounter a fireworks display, and he even allowed us to stay on the mountain for an extra 20 minutes to watch them. Although it was too cold in the end, we went down the mountain after watching the fireworks. This was our first time participating in a day tour, and I highly recommend it!

Our guide Ayako was knowledgeable and had great English. She went above and beyond to make our day as seamless as possible and we had a great day exploring the sights of Kobe. The confirmation email received from the company prior to the tour perfectly explained the itinerary for the day and even included photos of where to meet and a photo of our guide. Our only suggestion would be to add the expectation to pay for the guides lunch as an item not covered in the tour cost. While we didn’t mind, it would be good to know this in advance before booking the tour.
