The service was excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the service was very good, and the details were nice. However, I hope the room cleanliness can be improved. Hotel location: Convenient for transportation.

we made a mistake and booked the night before we were meant to book. we arrived and couldn’t work out why we couldn’t check in. finally the hotel staff worked out why. they were beautiful about it and gave us the same room and price. lucky there was one available. very very grateful.

It was clean, the interior was beautiful, and the bathhouse was great. The open-air bath, in particular, was a truly pleasant experience.

Friendly Staff, good amenities and amazing view from the room. good central location, 10min walk to peace memorial museum. Recommend!

The environment is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient for transportation. There are bus stops and streetcar stops right next to the hotel. It was a great stay.

hotel location: was near the shopping district, easy to get both bus and street car from out the front of and friend staff with great rooms

Good sized room but poor layout, bed jammed in the corner. Got to do high jump to get into the bath to use the shower. All good fun really. Great location, very clean, great amenities. Beautiful view from the 25th floor.
