This hotel is very convenient as it has access to the train station, department store and food shops. Hotel is quite new just a year old. Very nice and modern. One of the best breakfast buffet. They served seafood and cook it while you wait, served roasted beef, many more. 😀

Great place to stay as it's directly connected to the Shinkansen, JR rail, buses, taxis and trams. Shopping centres with lots of food options and stores were down below.

The hotel is at a great location, very convenient for visiting the museum and Miyajima island. The room is very spacious and clean, and the staff are very helpful. I would stay here again when come back.

The Hotel’s location was perfect, the trams/street car is just outside the Hotel entrance which is on the 2nd floor, the JR station and Shinkansen are also on the same level. Bus Station is on the 1st floor and Ekie dining is just down below. Our room was spacious and spotless, the amenities are top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. MAKIKO FUJITA she speaks fluent in English and very hospitable. Thank you for being awesome Ms. MAKIKO.
