We arrived early at the hotel, and Jack at reception was very accommodating and helpful from the start. Although the room was not yet ready, he did his best to assist us and even managed to let us check in about 35 minutes before the official 2PM check-in, which we truly appreciated. The room was very nice with a lovely river and pool view. The lobby and pool area were relaxing, and my 13-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the pool and slide. We also had a fun night swim during our stay. Breaktast was decent with both Western and Asian options. The vegetables and waffle corner were nice, though the pasta was a bit dry and the bacon quite hard. One small disappointment was during breakfast when I politely asked for a bigger table while working briefly as my daughter ate, but was told those were only for families, despite many vacant tables. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Jack and the whole team for the warm hospitality. We would happily return again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The environment was comfortable, the staff were friendly (some even spoke a little Chinese, which was very impressive!), and the room was clean, tidy, and well soundproofed. We could also request extra amenities from the front desk if needed. Overall, everything was fantastic!

The breakfast selection is extensive, with hot dishes changing daily. The hotel faces the Chao Phraya River, offering a beautiful environment. In the mornings, sunlight streams into the rooms, allowing guests to enjoy the sunrise. There's an exit that provides quick access to ICONSIAM on foot, so even if you don't want to venture far, you can easily spend a whole day there. You can also choose to take a boat to nearby tourist attractions, which is much faster and cheaper than taking a car. The hotel has a massage parlor where you can enjoy a massage or facial after a day out. Hotel guests receive an additional 10% discount, and this massage parlor is highly rated, offering excellent value for money.

During Songkran, this is the best hotel to stay at in that it is very mear Iconsiam where the party happens. The 27th floor gave us a beautiful view of the celebration. Staying in the hotel allowed me to relax because all amenities provided comfort and pleasure. I will surely come back.
