She made us feel relaxed and comfortable despite visiting the market on a very busy weekend. she was knowledgeable, passionate and caring. we tried so many delicious dishes and May Ei helped us find things we would not have know to try. she also showed us around the temple which was a truly fascinating experience- she was so knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her culture and history. we would recommend her tour to anyone. thank you May Ei.

My one-day tour of Taipei City, which included Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the National Palace Museum, the National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine, Longshan Temple, Bopiliao Historic Block, and Sisinan Village, was truly a delightful and enriching experience. This itinerary allowed me to see many important Taipei landmarks in one day, combining history, culture, and modern city life, making this trip particularly memorable. Mr. Vaness was an excellent tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to the group throughout the trip. He shared interesting stories and historical backgrounds for each attraction, which helped me better understand Taiwan's history, culture, and traditions, and made each stop even more meaningful. He was also very organized and patient, always giving us ample time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the sights at our own pace, without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to his guidance, the entire journey was smooth, informative, and very enjoyable. Overall, this was an outstanding guided tour of Taipei City, and a great way to experience Taipei's essential attractions. Having Mr. Vaness as our guide made this experience even more unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Taiwan.

It feels like a luxury to have a private tour of the night market and city! We only had a limited time in Taipei, so getting to spend time where we wanted to go was important to us. We appreciated Paul's great insights and the ability to customize the tour! His recommendations on what to get at the night market were exactly what we had in mind.

Great tour overall and definitely recommended. Our guide was friendly, attentive, and made a real effort, and the drive felt very safe and smooth. Since it’s a one-day tour, time in Alishan is limited—you’ll see the main highlights (train station, short train ride, and an easy walking route), but no longer hikes. If you only have one day, this is a great and convenient way to experience Alishan.

We came unprepared without raincoats and it was raining almost 80% of the time during those days. Still, the experience and memories from this trip were wonderful. It was tiring, but truly unforgettable. The falls were beautiful, and the old streets felt alive. I had hoped to see Jiufen at night, but even in daylight some lanterns and lights were already on, so we still got to enjoy the charm of the place. Hopefully next time the weather will be clearer so we can explore more of the shops and souvenirs. Special thanks to our tour guide, Ms. Ruby, who made sure we saw the highlights, tried the local food, and even helped us whenever we felt confused especially with the language barrier. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

Our tour guide was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. Given the busy nature of the market and bringing through a small group, it’s impossible for a guide to stop with everyone to make purchases. I did appreciate explanations of certain foods and the history of the market. However, with most vendors having English menus or really good signage, you can certainly do this market on your own. Maybe watch a couple of YouTube videos in advance to get yourself familiarized with the market.

Our tour guide was Gabe Liu 劉育成 and all I can say is that he is the most accommodating tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Taiwan. He was able to answer all our questions. He is also good with English which helped us appreciate his stories more. Anyone who’d be his tour group would be lucky!

I had a great time on this tour. David, the tour guide was friendly and made everyone comfortable. We had a small delay in Taipei 101 Observatory and David obliged to compensate the time and we spent a longer period in Raohe night market. A definite 10/10
