Overall, it's great and the environment is comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, so you have to take the stairs, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage. Also, you have to find your own parking space. If these two points could be improved, it would be perfect!

The jacuzzi wasn't working; the water pressure wasn't strong enough. Everything else was pretty good. I slept in too late to try the breakfast. There aren't many parking spaces in the underground parking garage, so if there's no space, you have to park in a nearby affiliated parking lot.

There are quite a few mirrors in the room, which makes it look spacious, but it's also a bit overwhelming. Each floor has a water dispenser that provides free sparkling water! I really like this facility service. There's also a lounge on the 7th floor where you can eat takeout and chat in the evening, with free simple tea, Taiwan Beer, cookies, etc. 👍🏻

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast offered Hong Kong-style dim sum, which was quite special. There was also warming freshly cooked pork porridge and Peking duck to enjoy. When we checked in, it was Halloween, and the restaurant included cute finger cookies and a lot of related decorations 👍🏻

The environment is clean and tidy, and there's a small sofa where you can sit, relax, eat, and watch TV. There's also a welcome gift, making for an overall comfortable experience.

During this trip to Kaohsiung with my family, I specifically informed the hotel about my child's allergies. The Chateau de Chine Hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they turned on the air purifier before our arrival to ensure the room's air was fresh and clean, making us feel comfortable as soon as we entered. They also provided a baby bathtub and supplies, which was very considerate. The cleanliness of the room and the service attitude of the staff were both top-notch and excellent. Special mention to the staff (Yuan Yuan) in the VIP lounge on the 7th floor, whose service attitude was outstanding. She anticipates customer needs; knowing we had children with us, she even gave them small gifts, which made us feel exceptionally welcome. The VIP lounge on the 7th floor is a great place for guests to relax, chat with friends and colleagues, and enjoy drinks and snacks. I highly recommend it as the first choice for families or friends traveling together. Next time I visit Kaohsiung, I will definitely choose to stay at the Chateau de Chine Hotel again.
