Motonosumi Inari Shrine tours

Overall I enjoyed this tour. Our tourguide, Elivis was accomodating, nice and very informative. He can speak English, Nihonggo and Chinese. The Kitakyusu was very beautiful, Miji port has many beautiful architecure. I recommend eating sushi at Karato Market, it was so fresh and delicious!! Korukura Castle and Miyajidake are a sight to see as well! highly recommended if you are well into Japanese culture. This tour is a must when visiting Fukuoka!

We really wanted to see Motonosumi Shrine. However, the original tour that we wanted to join was already full the day that is available for us so we decided to book this tour. Little did we know that we have booked a tour with "Chinese/Japanese-speaking tour guide" even if we don't speak any of the two languages. Despite this, our tour guide, Mr. Wang, did his best to guide us using a translation app. The initial plan for the tour is we explore Mojiko on our own then ride the ferry to go to the Karato Fish market and the tour guide will meet us there. However, Mr. Wang volunteered to take us to the fish market through the van instead of the ferry so we will not be lost. We respectfully declined his offer because we wanted to experience riding the ferry. We really felt his sincere concern for us. We are very satisfied with this tour. Thank you, Mr. Wang!

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Kevin, was excellent. He speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese. Luckily, he spoke English, as I don't understand Chinese. This route involves a long journey, and some spots are not accessible if you travel independently, so this day trip is essential to reach the shrine. The scenic views are absolutely beautiful; I highly recommend visiting. I think it's even more stunning than Hakodate. It would be even better if we could have stayed to see it at night.

Glad we took this trip on a weekend since we were able to visit Karato Market. We were able to try tried Fugu and the sushi choices are very fresh. I loved the Toro Sushi. We were also able to see the different buildings in Mojiko Retro. I was able to marvel on its architecture. This is our 5th visit in Japan but it's our first time visiting a Japanese castle. Kokura Castle is a very good castle first castle. It has interactive activities that will keep you immersed. I also liked our visit to Miyajidake Shrine. It is very peaceful and one with nature. I also would like to commend our tour guide. My mother and I were the only two non-Chinese speaking members of the group but the tour guide was very helpful with us.

Very honored to be the first customer for this new itinerary. i am the only one on the itinerary on Sunday 24 May. Natasha somen needs on site queuing, but when i arrived, there was no queue! it is simple and good! I was informed that you could queue for 1 hour during July / August. Next stop is Nagato-Yumoto Onsen, where i get to enjoy the quiet onsen town and soak in the historic onsen. Motonosumi inari shrine was also opened during my day trip, even guide was saying i am a blessed person. Lastly, we drove to Tsunoshima Bridge, uniquely built and beautiful bridge. Truly enjoyed this itinerary very much. A day full of interesting places, prepare for a long drive though..and bring food with you if you can, lots of them..The shrine is pretty but I love the stay at Moriko Port. This is a good value for money, thanks Nicole for a well organised trip..you’re English is good!

Tour Guide Mr Thomas had provide well knowledge for all attractions. His provide Extra miles to send us whose places nice photos. Schedule arrangements is good. comfortable coach with experience driver. Hope can joint Thomas’s group again

loved this tour! group size was manageable on a mid size bus. Eric (tour guide) was helpful in sharing info of the places we visited. the additional stop at PA to see the bridge connecting Kyushu and Honshu islands was a bonus. tip: if you like looking at scenery along the way, sit on the left side (not the driver side). the view of the sea is gorgeous!
