The quality and attention to detail at this place is awesome. I showed a picture of the ring I wanted to design and it turned out perfect. It was a wonderful labor of love as I participated in every step of the process. Definitely a memorable experience with my own personalized ring.

The class was awesome! My husband and I first picked a design to replicate, with options including rings, earrings, and pendants, and I chose to add stones. There were many stone options that were priced per item. We then received one-on-one instruction and assistance to create our pieces. Snacks and drinks were provided, and photos were taken of us for free! Our driver, Sukandi, was kind and even returned our phone to our hotel after we left it in the car.

We had such a chill time at the pottery workshop. It's one of the favorite activities we have done here in Bali. Putra was patient and very knowledgeable. Just note, it takes a few days for your pottery to get baked and dry. So, do this at the beginning of your trip if ever. Also, you have to pick it up from the studio. I'm not sure if it can be delivered.

This is the top choice for visiting Bali Zoo. You can walk to the zoo, and there are unlimited entries with no time restrictions. What no other platform clearly states is that all room types and bookings include tickets; as long as you're a guest, you receive a wristband. Also, you can pay extra to have one more person stay in the room, and the sofa bed can accommodate an additional person.
The breakfast is very generous; you can take your time eating and getting food without rushing. On the day I checked in, the guests were very international. Only tourists from a couple of specific countries were observed rushing for food, being noisy, moving chairs around, and generally creating a mess. Everyone else should take note. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and had a tough job.
We felt the team's warmth from check-in. Throughout our stay, they always addressed us by name and introduced themselves, showing great professionalism. Dewi handled our check-in, and Ayu arranged our services. Both were incredibly nice and ensured we received the best service, though other team members were also very attentive.

Cleaning service was great, very well maintained area, the room and its private pool the restaurants and both infinity pool areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food, fresh and tasty.
Clear and transparent in nclusions and prices and no dodgy un expected charges.
Close to Sanur port which is helpful if you want to go to Nusa Penida island.
Fyi, beach is not for swimming since it is very choppy, but you can use their shuttle to go to Sanur beach.
