After booking, I received a pre-confirmation via WhatsApp, and they quickly answered various questions. The day before the tour, I received the driver's information to avoid any mistakes, and on the day of the tour, the driver arrived at the hotel early, which was very smooth. We were able to efficiently visit the Blue Mosque and Pink Mosque, and it was definitely better than going on our own! At the Blue Mosque, the guide was studying Japanese, and the Japanese explanation was easy to understand, making it a very good tour!

We had wonderful experiences during the 10-hour tour in Kuala Lumpur we booked via Klook. The weather was a bit disappointing today, so we couldn't get the mirror effect in the photos. But the photographer taught us a lot of great poses and took some amazing pictures. We were also fortunate to have our driver, CK, who gave us detailed introductions, told us many stories about Malaysia, shared a lot of information, and repeatedly accommodated our extra requests. :) In the end, we left happy and satisfied.

Recently rented a car in Malaysia and had a smooth overall experience. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and fuel-efficient — ideal for city driving as well as short highway trips. Pick-up and drop-off were hassle-free, and the support team was responsive throughout.
Driving in Malaysia was comfortable with good road conditions, clear signages, and easy access to petrol stations. Just be mindful of toll roads, as most require Touch ’n Go card balance.

The place isn't bad, it's the best. Well-maintained. The staff were good and friendly, except for the staff at the Thunder River that day who were rude. Food is sold indoors and you can pay via QR code. So far, for RM35/entry, it's really good and suitable for my family of four.

KLOOK offers convenient booking and great deals. The redemption location is easy to find, located on the 2nd floor of the arrival hall at Subang Airport, which is very convenient. The experience was fun, the instructor was a retired pilot who was patient and professional, very good, everything went smoothly, highly recommend booking. Booked the experience for two brothers, and the pilot invited the parents into the cockpit to experience it together, a very rare opportunity.
