Our tour guide, Mr. He, was fantastic 👍 and extremely dedicated. He provided explanations throughout the trip and showed great care for us. The itinerary was well-planned, and the timing was excellent. Everyone had a very enjoyable and satisfying experience. The service exceeded our expectations. Had an enjoyable ski day today with our tour guide Yuan(袁).She is helpful with taking photos for all of us. She is very chatty and has a great personality. Skiiing while watching the spectacular Mt Fuji in the background is such an incredible experience.

It was a very nice and memorable trip. We were fortunate to experience both rain and snow, which made the journey even more unique and exciting. Each destination had its own charm, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was excellent—very knowledgeable, clear, and engaging in explaining the history and details of the resorts, which helped us appreciate each place even more. Overall, it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

SAMUEL our guide provided very informative and interesting history and background on our way to Mt Fuji. Our bus driver also was pleasant and helpful. we highly recommended this itinerary when in Japan.

Very good experience! Place grade 10! Easy to find the starting point and luckily Mount Fuji was uncovered, I loved it! (The only bad part is that to get back to the house there was a lot of traffic and the trip back to Tokyo lasted 5 hours) but in general everything was very quiet and cool! We had an amazing day!

Tiffany was an excellent guide! From pickup straight to our destination, her customer service was excellent! She assisted out through the whole entire process, made sure we got our equipments and gear and introduced us to our instructor. Her English was great, making communication easier. And to top it off, I left my glove and she loaned me hers. The trip was fun and definitely got my money's worth! Will be back soon! Thank you again to Tiffany!!

I had an epic day. There was great communication in the lead up and during the tour. The drive was nice and quiet. I could enjoy the scenic view on the drive. Our guide was so helpful.

We had an amazing time at Yeti Snow Ski Resort! Our guide Frenkie was fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun. The resort itself was great, with awesome snow conditions and a really fun atmosphere. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Frenkie as your guide!
