The hotel's location is excellent, right on Chunxi Road. The facilities are complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, etc., which is also very nice. The high ceilings create a very comfortable environment, and you can see the beautiful night view of Taikoo Li. I highly recommend their butler service, which is also great. The butlers Nanfeng and Xiaohu are both very good!

Great hotel to stay in but washing clothes is very time consuming as the washer do not dry your clothes and the dryer took more than 1 hour for your clothes to dry. Hotel is clean and breakfast spread was not bad. room have complimentary drinks in the fridge.

It’s a nice and affordable hotel located in the middle of the city. It’s walking distance to IFS and if you wanna go to other places it will only take 5-10 mins Didi ride. I will book again next time! ❤️

Great location next to Chunxi Road and 10min walk away from Chengdu IFS and Taikoo Li. Hotel lobby is located on the 6th floor. If you’re a fan of tea, Molly tea is right across the street on the ground level. Toilet bowl and shower area are separated. Toilet bowl comes equipped with bidet and seat warming capabilities. Hotel breakfast only has Chinese food options though.

Room was big, walking distance to metro. staff are friendly. want to say a big thanks to one of the security who offered to help us collect our parcel at the locker and also paid the overdue charges for us. will come back again if I visit Chengdu. 👍🏽

Bipenggou is a very beautiful place where you can see lakes, mountains, and snow all in one location. We were quite lucky because it wasn’t too crowded on 12/29 (we heard that 1/1 or 1/2 was totally chaotic and overcrowded because of the public holiday).
It’s just a pity that we only had 3–4 hours there (the total round-trip bus ride inside took about 1.5–2 hours), so we had less than 2 hours to actually explore and enjoy the place. By the time we arrived at the last spot, we only had about 5 minutes before we had to line up again to take the bus back.
I would have preferred to spend an extra 30–40 minutes in Bipenggou and skip the Tibetan farmhouse instead. Ps: it was very cold at that time (12/29), so we really recommend you to buy oxygen outside the gate on winter season. we got headache, nosebleed after we went back to the city

I must give a big thumbs up to the trip managers! They were extremely thoughtful throughout the journey, patiently answering all kinds of questions and even planning the sightseeing routes in advance to avoid backtracking, which saved us a lot of time. During the trip, they also carefully reminded everyone to keep their personal belongings with them and stay hydrated, taking care of us just like friends. There were no shopping stops or hidden tricks the entire time, making us feel really at ease. Such a great service experience has made my impression of this trip even more wonderful.

Saw the pandas up close and the park wasn't overly crowded. Our driver/guide showed us around Dujiangyan, sharing the history of the place. He was patient and flexible throughout the trip. we enjoyed the experience although there was quite a bit of walking.

Our tour guide was so enthusiastic and energetic, it was the perfect energy we needed to endure the very cold, snowy weather! It was a beautiful tour and very worth it! The bus seats were also very comfortable so the long rides didn’t even feel that long. Thank you for a great experience!! Highly recommend!
