This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. From the easy 15-minute walk from our Lucerne hotel to the pickup point, to the outstanding guidance provided by Adela and her team, every aspect of the day trip was well-organized and enjoyable. We appreciated the feedback from previous customers regarding altitude sickness, which prompted us to take preventative measures, such as drinking warm herbal teas, to ensure a comfortable journey.

Nice trip wonderful place.. but value for money?… this rate is just for the transfer from Geneva to Zermatt. But overall we liked it. Our guide was wonderful, great guy.

On 7th of October, I went a trip from Zurich to Jungfraujoch via Keytours, and I was very satisfied with that.
The weather was also great, so we were able to enjoy the fantastic view of Jungfraujoch 200%!
Especially I really appreciated Yanis, the Best driver & tour guide for his hard work. He took a good care of all the participants all the time. For example, when we came down from the Jungfraujoch, the cable car was broken temporarily. But we were OK because he let us know how we could find another way to come down by train. (People might be in a panic without his support.)
Thank you Keytours & Yanis again, and hopefully see you soon again. :)

we had this tour with our family including 2 kids. thoroughly enjoyed the trip. real highlight of the trip was the tour guide KID. he made tour lively and entertaining.

smooth process, just screenshot the qr code sent by klook, and then upon arrival at the railway station, redeem at the machine, the official ticket will come out. Scan the ticket when you go in or out from each stop. It is not really a priority pass, as when the train comes, everyone will just go in. Official price is CHF 66 with swiss travel pass. But klook is much cheaper with discount voucher

Amazing views of the Matterhorn absolutely breathtaking and worth the experience.
Before queuing for the cable car, remember to go to the left side counter to redeem your ticket first, then proceed to the cable car entrance.

The room is a good size and generally clean. It's a bit of a distance from the center of Zermatt and requires taking a bus. The breakfast is good, and the water pressure in the bathroom is great, as some hotels in the city center have very weak water pressure.

Location is just a small distance to main train station. Breakfast is standard and the same for my 3N nights stay. No toothbrush toothpaste provided.
