Hotels in Surabaya

The room is clean and spacious, and the hotel is located in the city center of Surabaya with very easy access using ride-sharing services.

the hotel was super strategic location in the mid of town and the staff are really care and friendly, the café next to the swimming pool is my favorite place. really high recommended for stay single, couples, or family.

Here's a smoother, more polished version of your review: It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the front desk staff to the waiters at the restaurants on Levels 1 and 28, everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. They made us feel truly at home, and all of us had a fantastic stay. I would also like to especially commend Fandy and Anis for their outstanding service at the restaurant. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We truly look forward to coming back again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
