This is a good hotel in Matsumoto. Its location isn't too close to Matsumoto Station, but it's not too far either, about 900 meters or a 5-10 minute walk. The amenities are quite complete. The room is spacious and clean enough. There are many restaurants with various options around the hotel.

This hotel is located nicely in the centre, but on a quite street. About 10minutes walk from the station. everything within Matsumoto is on walking distance. If you want to hire a car, there is a car rental located on the opposite site of the street.

Clean room and super great location just next to JR Matsumoto station & across Matsumoto bus terminal. The breakfast is also delicious! But they won't store your luggage after check out, so you need to pay extra for lockers.

This hotel has a unique and memorable concept. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped clean our luggage wheels before we brought them in—a small touch that reflects a high level of attention to cleanliness. All hotel floors are tatami, so guests must leave their shoes in lockers and walk barefoot—slippers are available at the reception if needed. The atmosphere truly feels like a traditional Japanese ryokan. The room was compact and efficient, with a 140cm bed that felt a bit small for two people. The onsen was a definite plus—an open-air onsen was available, although the water temperature wasn't very hot. The most surprising aspect was the complimentary amenities: ice cream, free ramen every night at 9:30 PM, and hot and cold beverages available anytime. These are added values rarely found in other hotels.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Matsumoto. The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean and conveniently located.

Hotel location: Very convenient, near Matsumoto Station. This is a capsule hotel, and I stayed in a business room with a private bathroom. Amenities like facial cleanser and toner were provided! Upon entering, you must remove your shoes and wipe your luggage wheels.

Excellent location, very clear instructions, and the room was very comfortable.
