a world class indoor ski park with spacious runs and lift chairs. the facilities are advanced in design and not too many people on weekdays. The Window of the World is a great place to visit if you happen to be visiting Shenzhen~ ease of booking on Klook: Visited with a group of friends and we bought the Night Tickets (entry after 6pm) on the spot. We received the confirmation email and tickets very quickly. price: I would recommend the Night Tickets as you still get to enjoy most of the park but at a cheaper price. facilities: The entire place was huge and there were many things to explore. Within the park there are minature replicas of many iconic landmarks from all over the world, and you can take nice photos there. Aside from that, there are some rides that are available too (we tried the merry go round, roller coaster and the water raft). It would be good to take note of the closing times, as some are not available after certain timings (we missed a minature train ride which closed around 7-7.30pm).

Klook offers cheaper tickets. A full-day ticket for two is $511 with a $25 discount. On-site, it's ¥268. The picture shows the price after 5:00 PM. There are VR bowling and other fun activities, a great value. A group of friends and I played together for an afternoon.

Weird but wonderful ! It was really great walking around in my PJ’s and without make up and so was everyone else. Everyone seem really relaxed. Unlimited fruits and ice cream was a plus. The massage was so strong but really good. We had two double bed size massage beds to sleep overnight in a really quiet room. Will definitely come again and even by myself as there is just so much to do!

The snow park is quite large, featuring a very long ice slide. The environment inside is sufficiently cold, and there's plenty of snow. The admission fee includes a snow jacket and pants, as well as snow boots and free lockers. You only need to bring your own gloves, but there's also a shop on-site where you can buy them. The jacket and pants are relatively clean, but the snow boots are quite worn, with some damage and odor. Overall, it's a good experience, and we had a lot of fun.

Buying klook ticket for foreigners are definitely more economical. Full price at the park is rmb220. For 65-69, it is half price. For 70 and above old people, it is free. The horse show for December 2025 was at 2:30pm. Other major shows are at 5pm and later. So, I think it is better to eat elsewhere (there are just basic noodle shops inside) and then come to the park before the horseman show. (i came before 11am and it is too early to wait all the way to the evening show...)

We visited the place on Tuesday evening and literally had the whole forest to ourselves.. feels like a VVIP. Ticket redemption was super easy, just show your look booking and they will print out the physical ticket. The experience was phenomenal and it was far beyond my expectations. As a potterhead, I am impressed by how well they managed to recreate the movie scenes will all the little details. You will immersed in the set up and feels like living the magical world of Harry Potter. Experience of a lifetime. Upon entering, take a bottle of water with your house lanyard and free copy of newspaper printout with your picture on it.

Inside, there is a small shop and rest area, with decor that continues the underground theme. Prices are acceptable. The staff is friendly. There is also a buffet service. Price and Value Considering the scale of the on-site scenery, interactive technology, and photo atmosphere, the ticket price is reasonable. The tech feel is strong, making it especially suitable for immersive experiences and tech-themed visitors. Summary Overall, "DX-PARK 2.0 - Geo-heart Park" is suitable for couples, families, or gatherings with friends.
