I played in the snow fun zone for two hours. Clothing, helmet, and shoes were included. There were no unpleasant odors, but there were definitely signs of previous use. Luckily, there was no line, so I played to my heart's content. The snow was incredibly cold; you definitely need to bring your own gloves if you want to build a snowman. If you have young children, adults should learn how to use the facilities first and then clearly explain to the children how to play. It seemed that adults were not allowed to accompany children on the snow slides, as I didn't see any when I was there. I had a minor accident while learning to use the facilities, hitting my head on the ground. The helmet's protective capability felt insufficient for me; it hurt, but I didn't immediately feel dizzy.

I initially thought the 8-hour package would be too long and that I wouldn't stay for the whole duration. However, the atmosphere and service inside were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the bathhouse services, massages, movies, video games, and all-you-can-eat fruit. The staff at each station were always ready to assist, and the fruit, drinks, and ice cream were constantly replenished. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it was crowded, so there was a slight wait for some services.

very convenient buying in klook, just show the QR code. They also have luggage keep service charging 30yuen. Don’t expect much for foods inside the restaurant near aqua world but their burger set meal was good. overall good experience to see wild animals but would only visit during winter coz it was super hot & humid we & wild animals were hiding under shelter most of the time during day time & could only interact after 4 pm which was funny experience

Although it was a Sunday, there weren't many people there that day. There was no discount when buying tickets at the entrance, but I found a better deal on Klook. At the entrance, you need to take some time to fill out a WeChat form to purchase domestic insurance. They sell non-slip shoes for $10 a pair. Next to the entrance is a cat cafe with many purebred kittens that are well-behaved and active. To the left, there are free lockers to store your bags, but you need to connect to their Wi-Fi to use them. There are bumper cars, and on the upper floor, there are VR games, arcade games, and karaoke. After passing the outdoor carousel, there's a restaurant, darts, and pool. Further inside, you'll find slides, rock climbing, and high-altitude climbing. On the second floor of the slide area, there's archery, shooting, and mahjong. Next to the pool tables, there's an elevator to the second floor for go-karts and laser tag. I played for five hours inside. I was exhausted.

Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost.
That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. We also hope they consider creating separate lounge areas for families with babies or infants, especially since crying at night can affect the relaxing atmosphere.

Booking this activity on the Klook website was incredibly convenient. After the staff scanned the QR code and we registered our information, we were able to enter very quickly. There are so many different types of facilities inside; we will definitely come again next time.

🌟 DX-PARK 2.0·Geocentric Park — A Whole Day of Fun
This experience was truly worth sharing! The price was excellent, and the park offered a wide variety of entertainment facilities, from thrilling games to relaxing activities. The bowling area was especially fun; whether it's a gathering with friends or a family challenge, everyone can have a great time.
🍴 The buffet area was spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating, and the food selection was rich, allowing visitors to rest and enjoy delicious meals while playing.
🐶🐱🦝 In addition to adorable dogs, there were also cats and raccoons. They were lively and friendly, and interacting with them made the whole atmosphere even warmer and happier. This arrangement made the activities not just entertainment, but more like a wonderful time shared with animal friends.
🎉 Both children and adults can have a blast and play all day long here. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, making it truly suitable for family outings or gatherings with friends.
I wholeheartedly recommend "DX-PARK 2.0·Geocentric Park." It's a great place that brings laughter, companionship, and memories. I will definitely come again next time!

The parent-child ticket is a special discount available to residents of Hong Kong and Macau. Purchasing tickets is very convenient, and confirmation is quick. You can simply scan the QR code to enter the park. There are large shopping malls and a subway station nearby, making the location extremely convenient. I hadn't visited for many years, but the park's scenery is beautiful and relaxing. Both adults and children can enjoy a full day here, and the evening float parade was a wonderful surprise. A visit is an absolute must if you are passing through Shenzhen Bay!

My boyfriend and I had a blast! We went on a Friday night and almost had the whole place to ourselves. Wished the karaoke booths offered more English songs, though... there were barely any.
