The staff is friendly. The hotel's location is very strategic, right across from Toyama Station. You can get free ride city bus tickets to explore Toyama. It's close to a lot of food because it's in front of the station. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Onsen is really nice, with the complementary drinks, ice cream and soba. and the breakfast options - japanese cuisine - are really great and yummy!

The breakfast buffet includes all-you-can-eat raw fish sushi like lionfish and moderately chewy whelk. We recommend purchasing it (although it's not cheap). The hotel facilities are excellent as always, and the location is very close to Toyama Station!

Best hotel we stayed in Toyama. Staffs are very kind. Room is a little compact but we managed (family of 3, 10 year old) Near Tram, near Albis (Supermarket) and conveniently walking distance to the Toyama Station (where bus to Nagoya is) so many stores to choose from. lots of restaurants. There is also a 711 literaly in the ground floor and a sushi place. We will surely book this hotel again!

This is a gem of a hotel. From the front desk and drivers to the catering staff and online customer service, everyone is polite and attentive. This time, I stayed in a villa, which included a semi-outdoor open-air bath, a full range of toiletries, Western-style twin beds, outdoor parking, a choice of yukata, a 16-capsule coffee machine, and four bottles of water. The stay included two meals: a Japanese-style breakfast with a choice of milk or coffee, and a 10-course Japanese dinner that was fresh and delicious.

My stay was short. I recommend it for its proximity to the station. I booked a single room. In my opinion, it was the right size for a room of this type. I don't usually watch television, but if someone wants to watch something, the TV was oddly oriented in relation to the bed. The bathroom was adequate and modern.

seat reservation process: Easy to do and well worth booking seats.
price: Was a great price to do the whole trip in one go, changed trains at the station half way to our destination and no problems.
pass area coverage: Great views of the country side and had great internet coverage so could still keep in contact with people.

If you're traveling in the Hokuriku region and prefer not to drive, a JR PASS is a great option for independent travel. You can choose to stay in one city for several nights, or use your JR PASS to take the Shinkansen for day trips to various cities in the Hokuriku area, which is very cost-effective. I visited Kanazawa, Shin-Takaoka, Takaoka, Amaharashi, Himi, Toyama, Unazuki Onsen, and Komatsu over four days, and it was very convenient.
