This was my first time using Klook to buy a pass, and I was a bit nervous and unsure.
Redemption Guide: We cleared customs at Terminal 2 at 12 PM, then took the free shuttle bus to Terminal 1. We went up to the second floor, where there's a JR station with a manned counter. Since it was a weekend, there weren't many people in line. A gentleman who spoke excellent Chinese (likely Chinese himself) was on duty, making communication very easy. We successfully redeemed our tickets for the JR Limited Express Thunderbird from Shin-Osaka to Tsuruga, and then transferred to the Shinkansen from Tsuruga to Kanazawa. We had seats for both, and there was no problem with our large luggage. Considering my 86-year-old mother, he suggested we allow a bit more transfer time in between, so we wouldn't have to rush to find the platform and catch our train in an unfamiliar place with two large suitcases. It added a little extra time, but everything went smoothly.

Einfach zu bedienen. Die Gutscheine wurden vor meiner Reise zu mir nach Hause geliefert. Als ich in Japan ankam, musste ich sie nur am JR-Ticketschalter aktivieren. Sie können Ihre Tickets auch am Schalter buchen und reservieren. Wir starteten von Nagoya nach Takayama, Toyama, Matsumoto und zurück nach Nagoya. Wenn Sie malerische Zugreisen genießen, ist dies definitiv eine gute Wahl!

Einlöseanleitung:
Obwohl ich bereits geplant hatte, mit der Kurobe-Schmalspurbahn zu fahren, wollte ich flexibel sein und habe mich erst am Vorabend um kurz nach 23 Uhr dazu entschlossen. Ich habe die Tickets sofort gekauft und innerhalb weniger Minuten die Bestätigung erhalten. Am Bahnhof Unazuki Onsen befindet sich die Wechselstube direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Man geht einfach den schrägen Weg hinauf zum Schalter, wo man die Tickets für die Schmalspurbahn kaufen kann. Sehr praktisch!

Very clean. Rooms look very new. Complete amenities. Shower is separate from the bathtub which is appreciated especially by senior travellers.

Tokyo inn Toyama gave me a beautiful hotel experience ever, 2 minute walk to station and convenience store , breakfast has both Japanese style and western style, plus you can explore the good mountain view , I will come back again.

Dormy Inn Toyama consistently maintains the group's exceptionally high standards! The hotel features very comfortable indoor hot springs and a sauna. After a relaxing soak, complimentary ice cream and lactic acid drinks are provided, along with their signature free late-night ramen. Although it's about a 15-minute walk from JR Toyama Station, the hotel is directly opposite Toyama Castle Park, and there's a tram stop nearby, making it very convenient to access major city attractions. If you're driving, you can enjoy a parking discount of 1,400 JPY per day when parking at the hotel or a nearby partner parking lot. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money!

Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. The staff are attentive, the rooms are very clean, and most importantly, the showerheads are from a high-end brand, providing excellent water pressure. Tonight, I tried two of the hotel's dinner options; the quality was above average, and the price was quite affordable, which is a great value.
