El preu és almenys 100 iens més barat. Només es pot bescanviar a les màquines verdes automàtiques que puguin escanejar el passaport (a l'estació de Fukui, només la màquina número 5 és vàlida, ha de tenir la marca "5489").
⚠️ Es pot triar el xinès a la part superior. El mètode de bescanvi és lleugerament diferent del que s'indica a l'aplicació. Al final, vaig haver de demanar ajuda al personal per bescanviar-lo. Vaig descobrir que la seqüència és primer escanejar el passaport, després seleccionar directament "QRコード読み取り" (escanejar codi QR) i, finalment, seguir les instruccions per obtenir el bitllet.
⚠️ Després d'obtenir el bitllet, cal tornar a inserir-lo a la màquina i seleccionar la data i el seient. Com que em preocupava no estar familiaritzat amb el procés, vaig bescanviar el bitllet un dia abans, cosa que va ser molt encertada, ja que així no vaig haver de tenir pressa el dia del viatge.

A must-buy. For non-reserved seats, avoid rush hour after 5 PM; there are plenty of empty seats, and you don't need to specifically reserve the last row for large luggage. This trip, we flew Tigerair, departing on Sunday and returning on Thursday. We exchanged our tickets at Kanazawa Station, but the machines couldn't issue them, so we had to get a number at the counter and wait for some time. For the return trip, with a lot of luggage, you can take the Shinkansen to Komatsu Station and then a taxi for 2200 JPY. If you're going to Fukui, you can transfer from the Shinkansen to the Echizen Railway without buying another ticket. We originally planned to use the Fukui Pass, but there were no seats available for the new sensation XR bus WOW RIDE. You must visit Aeon and Yamada Denki at Shin-Takaoka Station. The water at Kurobe Gorge Railway wasn't blue, which was a bit disappointing. Be sure to make a reservation for Manpuku Yakiniku; it's a must-try.

Alpen Takayama Matsumoto Pass Review – My Honest Opinion
I used this pass during my recent trip to Japan, which included the itinerary: Nagoya → Matsumoto → Alpine Route → Toyama → Takayama → Nagoya.
1. **Fast Delivery of Exchange Voucher:** It was great to receive the pass exchange voucher within two days of ordering.
2. **Easy Exchange for Physical Ticket at Nagoya Station JR Counter:** The process of exchanging the pass at the counter and immediately reserving seats made train travel much more convenient during the trip.
3. **High Utility for Multi-Region Travel:** Since my plan was to travel through Matsumoto, the Alpine Route, Toyama, and Takayama, it was very convenient not to have to arrange separate transportation for each segment.
4. **Beautiful Scenery from the Train:** The views from the train were truly wonderful. There were many sections where I traveled through mountains and natural landscapes, making the journey itself feel like part of the trip.
5. **Excellent Customer Service:** When an unexpected situation arose during my trip, Klook's customer service responded in real-time, allowing me to resolve the issue without much difficulty.
6. **Planning to Use Again:** I was very satisfied with this trip and plan to use Klook again when I visit next time.
This is an honest review based on my own purchase and experience.

A wonderful hotel with paid parking lots for those who drive. Staff are very friendly and it is close to Toyama Castle and the Matsukawa River to see Sakura.

Dormy Inn Toyama consistently maintains the group's exceptionally high standards! The hotel features very comfortable indoor hot springs and a sauna. After a relaxing soak, complimentary ice cream and lactic acid drinks are provided, along with their signature free late-night ramen. Although it's about a 15-minute walk from JR Toyama Station, the hotel is directly opposite Toyama Castle Park, and there's a tram stop nearby, making it very convenient to access major city attractions. If you're driving, you can enjoy a parking discount of 1,400 JPY per day when parking at the hotel or a nearby partner parking lot. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money!

We checked out of the hotel and were already quite a distance away when my wife suddenly realized she had left her ring on the bathroom counter in our room. We rushed back to the hotel in a panic and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and professional — immediately calling the housekeeping staff to check the room and asking us to wait for a moment. Before long, the ring was safely returned to us. We were so relieved and grateful!
Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but this young lady was absolutely lovely — beautiful, with a sweet voice, and above all, incredibly responsible and efficient. She turned what could have been a disaster into a warm and reassuring experience. It's rare to find service this attentive and heartfelt.
This hotel is lucky to have staff like her. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Toyama and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for your help! 🙏

Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. The staff are attentive, the rooms are very clean, and most importantly, the showerheads are from a high-end brand, providing excellent water pressure. Tonight, I tried two of the hotel's dinner options; the quality was above average, and the price was quite affordable, which is a great value.

Hotel location: In front of Toyama Station Disadvantages: The hotel does not have self-service washing machines or provide bottled water; only a water dispenser in the lobby is available. The elevator doors close quickly even when the open button is held down.
