Great stay overall. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around. The room size was also good—spacious and comfortable.

Our driver was superb! He was early and flexible to adjust on our needs. We had a last minute request to go back to our hotel after the forst destination and he agreed so we can freshen up and check out. He even helped us purchase our tickets for Volga Manor and Siberian Tiger Park. He also brought us to a good restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended service

Driver was friendly and punctual however I wish that he is more proactive. As we only have 2 places of interest in mind he should advise us which to visit first instead of leaving us to make the wrong decision.

One of the best activities we tried when we were in Harbin. the bus transfers were ontime and really nice, while the Volga Manor is so out-of-a-book fantasy place where various activities are also available. it was a wonderful experience to see the fusion of Chinese and Russian culture in one place.

Must visit for your trip to Harbin. Solemn and extremely painfil part of history to learn about. Tour was in Chinese. The guide was a young and promising man who seems to be a doctorate fellow from Heilongjiang province. He explained each exhibit and the main point of the lessons to be learnt very pointedly and efficiently. We learnt a lot from him as he aimed to share his knowledge base in the most objective manner possible.

We chose Yabuli Sun Mountain Ski Resort and it was fantastic. We missed our train, but Jiajia kindly allowed us to reschedule and ski the next day without any issues at all.
The entire team was wonderful — from picking us up at the train station, assisting with ski rentals, guiding us at the resort, and ensuring a smooth return. Jiajia’s sister was amazing too; she brought us for snowmobiling and horse sledding before sending us back to the train station.
Truly worth the trip.

very thankful to have booked this tour and the chance to have Mr Ji as the driver. he is very knowledgeable and explains throughly on the history of Harbin and the attractions on the way. he is also punctual and ensures im able to have ample visitation time at each stop. the team is also very prompt and have provided sufficient info prior to the trip, making it seamless.

A Wonderful Winter Holiday in Harbin taking in not one but three amazing sights! Cinderella's English was easy to understand. She helped me appreciate what I was seeing. She knows each venu and makes suggestions so you don't miss an opportunity. She's also just fun to be with. My trip was so much richer because of her guidance. So glad we experienced St. Sophia's, Sun Island and the Siberian Tiger Sanctuary together!
