Our driver Kumang picked us up even thought we were early. Snorkelling spots were nice even though we were not able to see manta rays/turtles. The beach view points were amazing and Kumang took amazing photos for us

Booked a private driver for a day while also requiring hotel transfer to central Bali which was a long distance away by drive. Driver Ismu was on time and followed the itinerary I sent on WhatsApp and went along with it when I changed to the wet weather plan in the late afternoon. In all, we managed to visit a cafe, beach club, and the secret garden village and checked in to the new hotel. It was a relaxing and fuss free time with driver Ismu being very attentive to WhatsApp messages. I could just text whenever we were done with a location with the picture of the waiting area and he would arrive promptly to leave to the next destination.

driver was 15 mins late but we didn’t mind it. pick up at ubud airbnb. surprisingly there was no line at all at Handara gate, but when we found it there was entrance fee to go near it just to take pictures we left instead lol. got pics at Wanagiri Heaven instead. ulun danu was nice. crowd was bearable. lunch at Jatiluwih which was unfortunately underwhelming (not good indo food, super dry chicken), then tanah lot, before we went to hotel in legian.

great personality driver, it is very congested in the city but driver are 200% patience, he offered and recommended good place for dine in too.

Klook made it very easy for us to travel between the islands. Our driver tried really hard to help us cover more spots but we couldn't take our eyes off these two. Nusa penida is magical!

I was worried because of the many bad reviews, but traveling from Gili to Sanur was actually easier and didn't take as long as going there. Although it departed late, it went from Gili to Lombok (Bangsal Beach), stopped at two nearby islands, and then stopped at Nusa Penida for 20 minutes before heading to Sanur. The second floor is more comfortable and the seats are better than the first floor. However, to use the second floor, you have to buy at least one drink or Bintang per person, which I highly recommend! Enjoy a drink or Bintang for 50,000 Rupiah per person and travel comfortably. I had a comfortable trip, and choosing a seat on the second floor was the best decision.

In Indonesia, boat departures are almost always delayed, but you should still check in early. After checking in, you can explore the area; there's no need to rush to the pier. Also, this company uses a restaurant as its check-in area, so it's normal if you don't see the sign if you arrive too early.

Just a heads up, if you choose to return the vehicle at the airport, you'll need to confirm arrangements with the service staff in advance, as they have specific requirements and instructions. Also, some mountain roads in Bali are not in great condition, so you may want to assess your riding ability before deciding to rent a vehicle.
