Booking through Klook was really easy. Collecting the EasyCard from arrivals was very simple too, just turn left and walk to the end and the Klook counter is there. The card itself was convenient for using public transport and could be used for payment in convenience stores too.

I purchased the Ubus ticket from Klook again, route 1623 from Taichung to Taoyuan Airport, which is much cheaper than buying it at the counter. Simply have the ticket agent scan the QR code before boarding to select a departure time and reserve a seat. If you have large luggage, you can also ask for a luggage tag and place it in the lower storage compartment of the vehicle. The ride is very smooth and safe, very affordable and convenient.

I had fun exploring Southern Taiwan with this 3 day pass. Very easy to use, it comes with a booklet that you'll get from the HSR counter. You can book your HSR in advance through the website, can even change your time of departure when you go to the counter. My accomodation is in Taipei and the day trips in Taichung and Tainan was just a breeze. HSR also provides free shuttle bus between HSR station to the main city, just research for the bus number. You have to go through the staff at the gates to pass through, they will inspect the booklet. I'll comeback to explore more of South Taiwan!

Back and forth tickets will be provided at the counter so keep your return ticket with you price: very affordable transport included: good value for money. the driver at the airport even helped us put our luggage in the bus compartment. Although in the Taipei bus station, the driver did not helped us with our luggage at all lol

I went to Taipei, Keelung and did a North Coast Tour. I had coverage for all those areas. Except when I was underground like between subway stations and inside Mountain Tunnels, the Data sometimes don't work. I got an Unlimited Plan so I was never worried to run out of Data. I suggest you get Unlimited Coverage too.
