In this hands-on cooking class, roll fresh 'sfoglia' by hand and prepare two different pasta varieties from scratch with your local host. As a bonus, master the art of making the iconic Tiramisu. This was truly an authentic Italian cooking class and I am so happy I had Cristina to teach me her ways! I was on my own which allowed me to really immerse myself in the experience and Cristina was so lovely and accommodating and made me feel right at home in her home! I got to make each pasta and the tiramisu, enjoy eating them as well as appetisers overlooking her beautiful garden and olive trees. It was a true delight and I’d highly recommend!
