• ※On August 14, 2026, the eruption alert level for Mount Aso was raised to 3 (entry restricted). Consequently, an area approximately 2km from the Nakadake First Crater is off-limits, making it impossible to visit the Aso Nakadake Crater or stop at the Aso Sanjo Terminal. Therefore, during the entry restriction period, the itinerary will be changed to disembark at the "Kusasenri Aso Volcano Museum Mae Bus Stop," which is outside the restricted area.

Cancellation policy

• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

• If the booking is cancelled within 11 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 20% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• If the booking is cancelled within 8 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 30% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• If the booking is cancelled within 2 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 40% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee
• If the booking is cancelled within 1 day(s) before the activity starts (local time), 100% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee

Voucher type
