Our itinerary for this trip was: starting from Tenjin city center ➡️ Itoshima Hana Shio Pudding ➡️ Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) at Futamigaura ➡️ Tsukamoto Fish Market ➡️ Miyajidake Shrine ➡️ Munakata Shrine. The driver was very thoughtful! His service attitude was incredibly friendly! He even recommended a delicious seafood restaurant, which my family also thoroughly enjoyed 👍🏽 The car was clean and tidy, and the entire journey went smoothly and perfectly 💯

The driver drove very smoothly, making the ride comfortable, and their service attitude was excellent. They guided us through every attraction, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned. The Klook representative Vincent was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. He immediately created a WhatsApp group to introduce us our driver, Mr. Bai. We wanted to check out Beppu which is 2 hours away from Fukuoka. Mr.Bai was punctual, went all out to ensure we are comfortable, super nice and very very polite. We communicated in Mandarin. Highly recommended for family with children below 12 years old. It was hassle free and we travelled in comfort.

The customization level is high. This time, we departed from Kumamoto and returned to Hakata, with pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel entrance for both legs of the journey, so there was no need to drag luggage around. Our guide, Bai, was friendly and enthusiastic, and very talkative, offering many helpful travel suggestions. A private car charter can save a lot of fatigue from driving yourself or taking public transport. I highly recommend this transportation option to allow your body to rest adequately during a busy trip.

The driver was polite, punctual, and very helpful. It's a shame we couldn't go to Mount Aso, but the scenery was beautiful, and we'll definitely go again! My family was very happy.

this is the first time i’ve booked a private chartered car thru klook and i was apprehensive at first…but then our driver for this particular trip, mr. bai, was so nice, polite and accomodating that at the end of the day, i told myself that it was really a perfect trip overall! mr. bai was so good at planning our route that we were able to fully maximize our sightseeing experience. because of this, i’m really looking forward to booking my next private chartered car thru klook again.

Mr Liu was very professional, prompt and helpful in customising the itinerary to our pace and preferences. He also helped us find local shops to make purchases. He was able to communicate with us in mandarin and it made our trip very much more accessible. He offered us umbrellas and planned the route such that it was enjoyable despite it raining the entire day.
