Kyoto Uji World Cultural Heritage Day Tour from Osaka / Kyoto

We confirmed with Klook if the tour was going to occur on 15Nov and Klook mentioned if there is no cancellation email, it means the tour will occur. On the actual date, there was no cancellation email. No tour agency appeared. Klook requested us to make overseas call on our own to contact the tour agency and to sort it out. Klook also requested that we provide evidence that we are at that correct place waiting for the tour agency and at the correct timing. We called the tour agency. After a wait of 30min, the tour agency admitted they did not send the cancelation email and it was cancelled. Many processes can be improved by Klook and the tour operator. It is important to consider the customers are in foreign ground making overseas call back and forth.

Great sites to visit and experience. Our tour guide was also knowledgeable and allowed us to enjoy each venue at a manageable pace. He would give you time to explore each place by yourselves and coordinating with him was also easy. We were able to travel between each location from the comforts of a private van. Our group of 6 had the van to ourselves so it was an added bonus. If you are a group with members of varying ages and physical capabilities, I would recommend this tour. It reduces the stress of navigating the commute and allows you to be comfortable and save energy while traveling between sites.

It was a very nice trip! We left from Kyoto Station, everything was on time and very well organized. The wonderful sights are compactly integrated so that you can see everything in one day and take lots of photos. We really enjoyed it as a family and we would book this tour again next time. A very complete tour to discover the main points of interest in Kyoto. They took us in a small bus and in total we were 6 people, which made it very personalized and comfortable. Our guide Eric was very friendly and the communication in English was very good. Before starting the tour, they communicated via WhatsApp, which facilitated coordination for the meeting point.
