What to expect
“Dive & Walk” Experience
“Dive & Walk” consists of two parts:
- Walk: Experience hanging outside the 26-meter mid-level observation deck while wearing a safety harness.
- Dive: Jump from about 40 meters down to the 14-meter mid-level observation deck.
The bridge that connects the EV Building to the seismic isolation tower is supported by the EV Building and structurally separated from the seismic isolation tower. This design ensures safety even during earthquakes or other disasters.
Guests will climb the stairs of the EV Building, cross the seismic isolation bridge from the top floor, and proceed to the tower, where they can enjoy the attraction while taking in the panoramic view of Osaka.

TOWER SLIDER Experience
On the third floor of the observation deck of the Tsutenkaku Tower, there is a body-slide approximately 22 meters above the ground.
The slide winds around the outer circumference of the EV Tower, and it takes about 10 seconds to slide to basement level.
The slide has a slope of approximately 30 degrees and is 60 meters long.
The entrance at the top is designed with an anti-seismic structure using columns both above and below, ensuring safe use even during earthquakes or other disasters.
The ramp of the slide features a safe tubular shape, while the ceiling is made of weather
resistant stainless steel pipes and transparent, heat-insulating polycarbonate panels, allowing visitors to look up at the Tsutenkaku Tower while sliding.

This is the iconic tower in Osaka. It is pretty nostalgic when taking the lifts to go up and down the tower. The view is super nice on top. The outdoor top level is free to enter as well. One can enter directly with the Klook QR code but must adhere to the timing of the booking. It’s recommended to choose the early morning time slots to avoid crowd.
Tsutenkaku Tower gives off such a cool, old-school Osaka vibe! The area around it, Shinsekai, is full of neon lights, local eateries, giving nostalgic charm. The view from the top isn’t super high compared to other towers, but it’s still fun to see the city from a different angle.
Very exited experience:it's very exciting experienced and lovely activity for me and my brother to try out. ease of booking on Klook: it's very easy and we received the e-ticket and email within few seconds.
The tower itself is amazing if you take a photo by the shopping street and see the tower from there. the top of the tower is nice but small area only. there was a long line when we try to get in but because we bought in advance just show QR code it helps more become faster to get in. Compare if you going to buy the ticket in there. It was good experience as they said don’t leave Osaka without checking in on this tower The mini museum at the tower is a nice touch..
Tsutenkaku Tower in Osaka is one of the famous local landmarks, attracting many tourists with its retro design and rich history. When I visited, I was deeply impressed by the appearance of Tsutenkaku, especially when the neon lights are on at night, the entire tower looks particularly charming. However, due to a typhoon, the windy and rainy weather prevented me from entering the tower to visit. Although I couldn't climb to the top of the tower to overlook the beautiful scenery of Osaka city, this unexpected episode gave me the opportunity to appreciate the appearance of Tsutenkaku in more detail and appreciate the resilience of this building that still stands firm in the wind and rain. Although I was not able to enter the tower as I wished, it was a different experience to feel the unique charm of Tsutenkaku in the wind and rain. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely take the challenge again and climb to the top of the tower to overlook the magnificent view of the entire Osaka city. The system processed it quickly and helped me apply for the cancellation process immediately, and the cancellation was successful in the end!
A wonderful experience at Tsutenkaku Tower, Shinsekai Osaka. Many things can be learned about the architecture and history of the tower and mascot in this bustling neighborhood. You can see the whole city from many different angles from above. A place worth experiencing and visiting.
Very nice tower with great views of osaka. To access the top floor with the overhang spot for photos it costs an extra 300 yen per person but well worth it! The slide down the the tower is not included and is a separate charge you have to queue and pay for. When we went on a Thursday around 3pm the queue was very busy for the slide, around 1 hour wait.
Tsutenkaku Tower is a must-see in Osaka! Take in incredible panoramic views of the city from the observation deck. Don't miss Billiken, the lucky god with soles of his feet said to bring good fortune. At night, the tower's neon lights illuminate the sky, offering a dazzling display. For an extra thrill, zip down the "Tower Slider" for a unique perspective of Shinsekai district. Whether you're seeking stunning sights, cultural icons, or a bit of adrenaline, Tsutenkaku Tower has something for everyone.
a beautiful view during a sunset makes this a place worth visit should you chance apon the slider its a must go for a thrill ride. seeing the wonderful history and taking in the scenry is a perfect combination
We already visited the tower way back 2019 but we weren't able to explore the tower especially the roof deck where you can see the beautiful Osaka. I am afraid of heights but still able to enjoy what the tower offers. Definitely, we will go back and experience the majestic view from above.
