The ferris wheel is a really fun way to take in city views! Located inside the Hep Five building on the 7th floor. We visited as a couple, usually its x4 people to a capsule but as it wasn't super busy they let us in as a pair in our own capsule which was nice!

It suddenly started to rain while we were out exploring the city. The big red Ferris wheel caught our eye, so we spontaneously decided to go on. Klook made it super quick & easy to buy and use the tickets on the spot. We went as soon as the HEP FIVE opened, so there wasn’t a long line. The ride was air-conditioned (perfect for the humid weather) and slow enough to allow a much-needed break from all the walking we did. There was also no swinging, which the riders who were afraid of heights appreciated. Of course the view of the city from up top was nice. Would recommend this experience, especially since it’s really affordable.

ease of booking on Klook: 100% i am a first time user, everything is within your reach experience: 4/5 it would have been great if the sunset view was seen clearly. Due to surrounding buildings the view was blocked.

No lines when we get there , came there show my QR code and gave us a ticket, walk to the Ferris wheel and viola we enjoyed the view from the top of the wheel! Good experience! Highly recommended! the Ferris wheel seems so sturdy I am afraid on heights but not to this one, you feel very safe as it moves slowly and able to enjoyed it!

The wait time I was told was 30 minutes but they let you go one round, so in reality I only waited for 10 minutes. Dont underestimate one round, the wheel moves very slow allowing you to get a good view of the city. I went up in night and the view was amazing.

worth a visit! the on site staff is very friendly and helpful! the ride is very relaxing and you can see a lot of osaka! there are information panels in the gondola, so you know which building is which. will come again, though next time i‘ll visit when it’s going to be dark, or for the sunset!

What a beautiful way to view Osaka. The carriage is air conditioned and very slow moving with no rocking making for a lovely ride. Definitely recommend. Lovely shops inside the building too, take some time to eat and browse. A great experience
