last minute booking, ist a no show and asking the operator to cancel but booking still confirmed then asking klook for refund still not answered. Same on you Klook and the operator. Please refund my money and contact me for confirmation.

No recommended. Driver is rude and not friendly at all,also asked for extra fees a day before when he was calling for confirmation. And it couldn’t get any worse, i booked for 2 days and the 2nd day driver didn’t show up. Waited for one hour, when i asked about driver whereabouts, he simply replied he was sick. Refund also hasn’t been proccessed, it’s been 4 days. No email whatsoever. Save your time and book somewhere else
