Shared City and Airport Transfers Between Juanda Airport (SUB), Surabaya, Malang, and Batu

Driver came on time, but there was toll fee which I had to pay without any agreement when the tour begins (IDR 15K) . There was no drink provided as the one mentioned here. Cleanliness of the car could be improved. I reached my destination after 4 hours driving which was longer than my expectation.

3 stars given because there was no Klook signages (in other airport transfers, there were clear Klook signs to look for) There's many drivers once exit, so it can be confusing. The car condition was very basic, and old. Driver is pleasant but spoke no English. Had to get another Indonesia passenger to translate that from Surabaya to Malang, there's toll charges (additional) if we choose the shorter route. All these can be easily prepared by printed information by the agency.

Great service. On time hassle free. Recommended for those who want convenience. Operator Fun Adventure is excellent.

Comfortable and convenient alternative to private transfer and other public transport options.

We’re 3 people but booked for 4 as we have 2 big luggages. Price is very reasonable. Driver Andreaindra very professional and knowledgable. Msged us when we landed so we know he’s already there. Met us outside the terminal entrance. We highly recommend going the highway route at a cost of 25k rp per toll (there are 3). Passenger have to pay for the toll. Its not expensive and you get to reach Malang faster without much traffic. We stopped at a place he recommended to eat and it was an excellent choice as the food was delicious and price was local price ie cheap. Highly recommended.

The driver Mr Tori had messaged me in Whatsapp before that. He waited for us at the entrance. We travelled from airport to Malang hotel. Great service. Will recommend to all my friends.

Used Avanza car, which the driver asked for more money for highway/toll fees Rp 15.000 per person, and also dropped of not at the address stated which still inside Batu city, these both are bad experience because the package price written here all include parking, tolls, fuel, also dropped off just at Alun Alun, if wanna ask to drop off at the address, driver asked more money again Rp 30.000 per person. I feel not fair at all.

Driver was not late to pick me up and kept apologizing because we’re stuck in traffic jam which was not his fault.

Not sure why the driver didn’t drop me at my hotel in Malang centre although we’re already in the city. He sent other passenger in Batu City first and I ended up being dropped 3 hours later.
