Our guide, Sharilyn, was very patient and kind as we have a mix of kids and older folks. We enjoyed the different places at Surabaya and had a more insightful idea of Surabaya's history through our guide. The submarine museum is a hit with the kids!
driver came 30mins late, allegedly because of unexpected traffic. but otherwise service was excellent. driver is exceptionally courteous and drove safely.

timely pick up from the airport. friendly driver and drove safely. the thing that was a bit confusing is that Klook site said all toll fees are included, but driver said no… end up paying a bit more than Rp10k for tolls. luckily Surabaya toll fees are cheap. advice to klook is to be more accurate in listing.
Service by Pak Dudik is amazing. He’s polite, honest and let us know what surabaya is all about. He also didnt mind to wait whilst we went shopping. Definitely will engage him again.
