Experience: There weren't many hot Chinese food options. The food display order could be improved; for example, the chilled seafood platter and Japanese sashimi were placed very far apart.

I made a note when booking to be seated near the window, and the restaurant arranged for us to be seated next to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The view was very good and comfortable, and the restaurant was spacious with a nice environment. The food selection wasn't very extensive, and the value for money was very average. The seafood selection only included shrimp, mussels, snails, scallops, and clams, and it wasn't too fresh. There weren't many types of sashimi; only salmon, tuna, and herring. Some types of sushi were only offered once and then not replenished. There were more northern-style dishes and barbecued items, which were spicy and chili-flavored! The abalone baked rice and roasted meats were surprisingly good, with high quality. All the desserts were too sweet. The black forest cake wasn't authentic; it was more like an intense chocolate mousse cake. The chocolate flavor was very rich and smooth, but unfortunately, it was too sweet! There were many types of desserts, but they weren't very appealing. The ice cream was Häagen-Dazs, with many flavors.

The food quality is quite fresh, with double-boiled soup and abalone claypot rice. Drinks and desserts are also available, and red and white wine are free-flowing, so the selection is quite extensive. There are fewer sashimi and seafood options, but they are fresh!

There are many styles, including Western, Japanese, alcoholic beverages, and free flow. It's a very high cost-performance experience, worth an encore.

An extremely satisfying dining experience! There's a great selection of seafood 🦞, sashimi, and cooked dishes. The seafood is super fresh. I have to give a shout-out to their gelato machine; it's the first time I've seen a rotating ice cream machine 👍🏼. I'll definitely go again!
