[Buffet Discount] The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen - Buffet Voucher \ Afternoon Tea \ Midday Chinese Dim Sum

The salty snacks and cakes are beautifully designed and taste good, and the sea urchin and mango shrimp are a surprise! Champagne 🍾 is delicious. The environment is comfortable and the staff service is very good. Someone played the piano on site. I spent a happy afternoon with my friends and will eat there again! recommend!

The desserts are exquisite and taste very good! The environment is also very beautiful, and the service of the staff is also very good. I highly recommend everyone to come and dine here!

Good service and environment. Deserts are nice. Fish is perfect

Good environment, good service, not many food choices. The chef is enthusiastic and makes handmade pasta and fried chicken steak by himself.

Service: Needs improvement, they don't have straws for cold drinks. The seat was right in front of the air vent, but the server said the central air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted.

I went to pick it up several times but they said the sashimi was not thawed properly. I thought I could have a good meal. The Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong is much better. I was very disappointed this time. The only beef shank I felt was the best (photo attached)!

Really disappointed... Waste money... Poor quality of food & service
