Reviews
Ms. Sophia is a good guide. She doesn't get tired of informing us about the trip.
Very helpful and friendly guide. Booked during low season but still overall satisfying. Very good experience
Rita is a cheerful and thoughtful person. She give us many advices when we shop and information about hokkaido for other activities. Recommended
Very attentive, punctual and caring
the pond was not blue. the hill does not have flowers. it is too early to visit. there is not much to see, the description should have been clear on it that you will literally just see tilled land.
Klook should honestly highlight available attractions like for example the flowers field, after tour starts we are informed due to weather situation only 30% flowers are available for viewing . iF that was the case and they are doing this tour daily so it should be updated to new customers about tje situation and itinerary could be changed. This tour has only one attractive spot the Blue pond rest is just bus travel for 5 -6 hours and a very basic meal option in one restaurant unless u pay more for a buffet. the guide tries her best to be enthused. the company should be more careful and concerned Anyways Klook in Japan is over rated agency my advise is to look for more professional operators
The seat which I got in the Mini Bus was very inconvenient, it was on top of rear Tyre.Whole time I kept my legs out of the seat. Very unsafe and proper seat with leg keeping space should be provided by Gogoday tour.
Sophia is the best guide for Chinese tourists. But for those who expect Japanese’ hospitality, knowledge of local culture, history & clear English, she isn’t the one for you. Time given for Shikisai No Oka and Ningle Terrace was very short. Felt like you were rushing and had to catch up the bus. If Sophia said 45 minutes, it meant 45 minutes based on her schedule, if your bus arrived late, she didn’t count 45 minutes from your arrival time at the place. Transportation was a mini bus with barely enough leg room especially for those who are taller then 162 cm. Since the driver & Sophia didn’t know I speak Chinese, they discussed things freely in Chinese. I overheard the driver called the company complaining about a problem in the car, can be dangerous he said but he couldn’t do anything because the bus was full. He was asking the bus to be checked later. He also drove very fast on our way back, probably rushing to reach Sapporo on time. Conclusion take your money somewhere else!
There are too few flowers on the Four Seasons Hill, and few flowers bloom in the cottages on the Elf Terrace. If it is not the flower season or business day, I really don't recommend this trip.
