Kyoto: Kimono, Tea Ceremony with Japanese Garden and Studio
-As changing into a kimono takes some time, we recommend arriving approximately one hour before your tea ceremony begins. -Booking online includes basic kimono style; customers can upgrade the kimono plan at the store. -Begin your experience by arriving at the rental shop near Keihan Kiyomizu-Gojo Station. Choose your kimono and accessories. -Once you’re dressed, take photos in the shop’s Japanese garden and photo room. Then, join a traditional tea ceremony. After the ceremony, explore Kyoto in your kimono, returning it by 5:30 PM. -If you’re visiting Kiyomizu-dera, you can return your kimono at a nearby partner shop, so you don’t have to go back to the original location.

Good to know
- Children's kimono are available for heights 85–130 cm. Guests taller than 130 cm will wear adult sizes.
- Please return your kimono by 05:30 PM on the same day. Next-day or hotel return is available for an additional fee—please ask our staff.
- If you would like a professional photoshoot, please contact our staff in advance to arrange a time.
- Charges may apply for any damage or excessive stains incurred during the rental period.
- You may extend your rental until the following day (additional fee applies) to enjoy Kyoto's evening atmosphere.

Amazing service and friendly staff members. Really beautiful kimonos and yukatas and lot of varietys to choose from (color, style, pattern), also got to choose pretty purse and comfortable shoes to complete the look!! Great first japanese traditional clothing experience, would recommend 100%.
Fantastic experience! Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and varied kimonos with the option to choose premium quality for everything. Incredible hairstyles in 5 minutes. Plus, it's close to iconic temples for wonderful photo opportunities. Traditional shoes are included, but due to the rain, we opted to wear our own sneakers. 100% recommend!!

really good fun, and educational. lots to learn around the tea ceremony history and process and doing this in kimono’s was extra fun
very very welcoming, made us feel comfortable and was happy to go with whatever colours we wanted. Good price for a full day (till 6pm) Also very accomodating as I’m not the smallest person lol Extra for hairstyling but if you’re like me and want to keep your hair as is, she does give accessories. Tip: Make sure to check the weather on the day to make sure you take an umbrella with you. We made the mistake of not taking one and had to find shelter for a bit of our day.
great selection of kimonos. We upgraded from the Klook package but it was still great value for money! Really friendly and excellent hair stylists.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. One thing I didn’t like was the fact they didn’t have many kimonos available for plus sized people plus this package actually gives you a few kimonos to choose from. If you want to pick something other than the basic they charge you extra. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I will highly recommend for those who interested in renting Kimono/Yukata as this shop is friendly and affordable.
