I love the staff at Emana Akatara, especially Puspa who was affectionate to my son and other kids there.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Since it’s newly opened, all the facilities are very new. I booked a room with a bathtub and a balcony, overlooking lush green rice fields truly a beautiful view. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool. It’s about a 30-minute drive from the town center, but the hotel provides a shuttle service. Before checking in, I unfortunately injured my lower back. The hotel staff were kind and helpful—Yuanita, Desak, and Puspa all went out of their way to assist me, such as helping with my luggage and offering useful information and support. I must also mention the hotel spa’s boreh wrap treatment—it was very soothing. I did it two days in a row, and it really helped relax my sore muscles with its warming effect. The only thing that could be improved is the road leading to the hotel, which is narrow and bumpy, but the staff mentioned it will be upgraded soon. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel
