All staff were very attentive and had a very pleasant demeanour. I really enjoyed my stay.
The room was clean and the service was great. I enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was in a great location easy for transport access and important amenties.

cleanliness: very clean and tidy.
breakfast: They serve continental breakfast and they are all delicious.
hotel location: It has beach view and very closed to the Kuta Beach.

Very nice hotel. Staff very nice and polite. Food was delicious. Spa center was clean and i really recommend all masages. Food was delicious. Very nice place to stay. I really very recommended.
