our guide was super thoughtful, kind, and helpful. we lost two of our members at a gate and she went back to find them. I forgot her name but she was very sweet. spoke English very well, and was definitely a local. knew all the best spots for pictures, and got us into special areas fast!
group size: 6 people
guide: perfect person to guide this attraction!

This is the only way to go unless you are able to secure tickets for 15EUR at least 3mos before your trip. worth it though! The tour is phased out well. the guide shared amazing facts about the painting. Top two things to do in Milan: Duomo Terraces and the Last Supper.

Absolutely amazing tour. Our Guide Laura and drive Ginai were so good at keeping us safe and on time. Despite the fact it was a rainy day it was so good to see Pompei without the crowds. Our tour guide Elena took us to all the highlights and her explanation was fantastic. would really recommend this tour!

The day trip to Lugano, Bellagio, and Lake Como was a wonderful experience. The scenery throughout the journey was absolutely beautiful, especially around the lake areas. Our guide, Franco, was excellent — knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the tour. I also appreciated that the group wasn’t too large, which made the experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and there was enough free time to explore each town. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable day trip that I would definitely recommend.

Visiting the Duomo of Florence was an unforgettable experience, made all the more special by our splendid guide, Guida. The Duomo itself is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, with its stunning façade of white, green, and pink marble, and the breathtaking dome designed by Brunelleschi. Inside, the grandeur continues with its soaring ceilings, intricate mosaics, and magnificent frescoes.
What truly elevated our visit was Guida's exceptional guidance. Her passion for the history and artistry of the Duomo was evident in every word she spoke. Guida expertly navigated us through the cathedral, bringing its rich history to life with captivating stories and fascinating insights. She made sure we didn’t miss a single detail, from the beautiful clock by Paolo Uccello to the incredible Last Judgment fresco by Vasari and Zuccari that adorns the interior of the dome.
Guida's knowledge is profound, yet she presented it in a way that was engaging and accessible to everyone in our group. Her warm personality and infectious enthusiasm made the tour not just informative, but genuinely enjoyable. She answered all our questions with patience and offered a wealth of information that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own.
Thanks to Guida, our visit to the Duomo was more than just a sightseeing tour—it was an enriching experience that deepened our appreciation for this iconic symbol of Florence. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone planning to explore this magnificent cathedral.

We had a great experience with this tour! The extra time and money to go see the underground was well worth it. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared her enthusiasm. would highly recommend. I would give this 5 stars in every category, but there was a problem initially getting into the colosseum. This was a 20 minute or so setback that was remedied.
