The meetup point was easy to find and check in process was fast. The bus was comfortable, great seats with perfect air conditioning. Our tour guide was extremely friendly and helpful, she showed the group the local places to get our lunch at bellagio, and while at Lugano (Switzerland) she showed us a nearby chocolate shop. The city of como was peaceful and cute, and the lake was amazing. Only thing is that we wish we had more time, one day simply is not enough for these places.

The full-day itinerary primarily involves traveling by tour bus, with one hour by boat and two and a half hours by train. The itinerary was ok, the lakes are beautiful. Como is very pretty and also Bellagio. Lugano is one peaceful, clean and nice place to visit. Thanks Klook.

Really enjoyed this tour! The itinerary was well-paced and covered all the highlights without feeling rushed. We got to stop at some great attractions on the way, which was a nice bonus. The breaks were well-timed too, giving us enough time to take photos and relax before moving to the next spot. The guide was helpful throughout and everything ran smoothly.
