Very good experience on the tasman island cruise. Guides are friendly and nice. They provide a waterproof big coat to wear while on the cruise. Generally, no water splash on us. The "driver" has very good skills.
Cruise not bumpy but very windy and cold wind blowing in your face.
Can see alot of seals and nice view of Candlestick and other amazing views of the Tasman island area. Lucky enough to see dolphins and so near our boat.

I had an incredible experience on the Port Arthur tour with Tassie Tours, and it absolutely deserves a full five stars. The day was well‑organised, smooth from start to finish, and packed with history, scenery, and genuinely memorable moments.
The real standout was Rob, our tour guide. His knowledge of Tasmanian history was impressive. Port Arthur itself was breathtaking — both historically significant and beautifully preserved. The timing at each stop was well thought out, giving us enough space to explore without feeling rushed. The additional scenic stops along the way were a lovely bonus.
Overall, it was a fantastic day out and one of the best tour experiences I’ve had in Tasmania. Huge thanks to Rob and Tassie Tours for making it unforgettable. Highly recommended.

I booked this one-day tour covering Port Arthur, the Eaglehawk Neck Dog Line, and Richmond. The experience far exceeded my expectations!
Our guide, MAX, was incredibly attentive. He elaborated on the colonial history and convict stories behind every landmark, bringing those historical facts to life in an engaging and easy-to-understand way. Along the journey, he pointed out wildlife, and we were lucky enough to spot wombat footprints. He also shared many interesting local, lesser-known facts.
MAX is polite, gentlemanly, and the tour pace was perfectly relaxed without any rushed schedule.
I highly recommend this guided tour for anyone eager to explore the history of Southern Tasmania!

The ride duration was perfect for us to cruise around the coast. The weather was perfect to look around Cape Raoul as well as the seals and dolphins in the sea. The crew on board were experienced as guides and friendly to talk around with guests and help with pictures. Highly Recommended for Port Arthur day trip.

it was nice. Dave, our guide, was informative and friendly. He has bunch stories to tell. we have plenty of time exploring Port Arthur, Unzoo Tassie Devils and walk along the beach. i wish we have more time in Richmond.

The Tasman Island Cruises Full Day Tour from Hobart was easily one of the highlights of my Tasmania trip. Our guide was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative, making the whole day enjoyable from start to finish.
The cruise was amazing—we saw stunning waterfalls, a historic lighthouse, playful seals, and even whales! The boat ride was exciting while still feeling very safe and well-organized.
Other highlights included a lovely morning tea, delicious fish and chips for lunch (included), chocolate hazelnut ice cream (extra cost) at the Tasmanian Chocolate Foundry, and visits to the beautiful Safety Cove State Reserve and Remarkable Cave.
Every activity was worth it, and I left with wonderful memories and a deeper appreciation for Tasmania's natural beauty. Highly recommended!
