Amazing hotel! From the lobby to the rooms, everything feels spacious and comfortable! The outdoor foot bath area and hot spring area are great! The lake view is beautiful~ The food is delicious~ Worth visiting again!

The hotel was clean and nice. It was a hot springs trip that the whole family was satisfied with. The food was also neat and tidy. I want to visit again.

Perfect experience! The place is very quiet, the hot springs are very comfortable, and the front desk reception is excellent. But remember to book your hot spring time with the hotel in advance.

I've already recommended it to many friends. If I come to Hakone again, I will definitely choose this hot spring inn. The food is delicious and it's very relaxing.

The location is a bit remote, but the environment is tranquil! Staying in the annex, the large bath and restaurant are in the main building across the street. Beautiful environment! The lighting in the Japanese-style room is a bit dim, but acceptable. One night with two meals of traditional Japanese cuisine, delicious.

very nice hotel away from city. no need to go out as everything is there. two onsens to choose from so we got to experience forest snd mountain onsen

Attentive service, the breakfast tasted great, the hot spring was very comfortable, convenient luggage storage, just a bit far from the station.
